We ship anywhere in Canada—for free. No minimum order required.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time:
Most customers receive their sunglasses within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Carrier:
We ship via Canada Post or other reliable couriers, with tracking provided when available.
International Orders:
At this time, we only ship within Canada.
Return Policy
We want you to love your sunglasses. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Returns must include the original bamboo case and cloth
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect
To Start a Return:
Email us at info@bamboosunglass.ca with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1 business day with next steps.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
